One hundred and fifty years ago today the American Civil War began. The war would develop into a revolution, unfinished to this day. We are still called upon to achieve its promise and, in part, to overturn its consequences as well. Those consequences imply a new civil war; one that would destroy wage slavery. John Brown’s body is a mouldering in the grave, but his soul is marching still. To Arms! To Arms!
