I’m not sure about some of Wolff’s last formulations on what constitutes communism and how to get there, but I thought this lively talk rightfully refocused the discussion (if a little schematically) on some of the underlying reasons for the present crisis. Wolff has written some of the best essays on the crisis (see Monthly Review). His analysis here of the general trends is right on. Well worh viewing.
